CCC has many strengths, among them are adaptability and a willingness to work together cooperatively with a good spirit.

   

I’m writing, first of all, to invite you to be present in worship this coming Sunday, May 2nd as we return to the church Sanctuary after more than a year’s absence due to the pandemic. What a joy it will be whether you choose to be there physically or remotely on our Facebook page! Protocols will be in place and masks must be worn in the church, but the celebration will be genuine as we recognize that we as individuals, as a church, and as a country have moved forward in the journey toward a new normal. The church has survived. To God be the glory!

     

I also want to update you on some changes that have been made as a result of our Administrative Assistant Michelle Simone’s continued hospitalization. Please keep her in your prayers.

     

Our e-newsletter will be sent out monthly, rather than weekly, for the foreseeable future. The May edition will come out next week-end. I will send out a weekly e-mail message to you to share timely information.

     

“Office Angels” Cindy Ketzle, Joan Chandler, and Judy Carlson are providing coverage in the church office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I will be in the office on Tuesday and Thursday, usually in the late morning and afternoon. We currently do not have the ability to take telephone messages on our office phone, but are working on getting this feature. Please call my cell phone (925-640-9289) with any questions or concerns.

     

I will be handling the rental of our church property. Again, call, text, or email me, please.
