YOGA WITH MARLENE: Stretching – Strengthening – De-Stressing are all benefits offered by the Yoga instructor providing Yoga classes in the Kelsey Building. Some Yoga experience would be helpful, but not required. Classes are scheduled in 6 week sessions and are $66.00 for Tuesday evening, 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. and Wednesday morning, 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. classes ($11 per class) and $48.00 for Thursday evening, 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Chair Yoga classes ($8 per class).
