This week, from July 21-25, one of our teens, Anasofia Godley, will be traveling with other Florida Conference youth to the Freedom Rides Museum, and to the National Memorial for Peace and Justice in Montgomery, AL. She has been joining Coral Gables Congregational UCC teens, led by Rev. Aaron Lauer, in preparation and fundraising for this trip. Pastor Neal Watkins is leading this educational, faith-based experience. Anasofia is the daughter of Andy Godley and Antonia Godley-Juarez. We will look forward to hearing from Anasofia about her trip! Let us all pray for travel mercies for all participating.
And to those of you traveling on vacation this summer, travel mercies to you, too!
