Ash Wednesday Labyrinth Walk

ASH WEDNESDAY LABYRINTH WALK:  This year for our Ash Wednesday gathering to mark the beginning of Lent on March 1, we will be on the Labyrinth, located to the East of the Garden Chapel.  The worship will begin at 6:30 p.m. on the Labyrinth.  There will be a brief introduction to walking the Labyrinth and some focus for your prayers and meditation will be offered.  There will be some chairs located around the labyrinth where you can reflect before entering the labyrinth and then following your walk as well.  Pastor Hudder will lead the time and will offer the Imposition of Ashes as part of the experience.  If you are unable to arrive right at 6:30, come when you can and Pastor Hudder will remain until about 8:00 p.m. or until everyone has completed the walk.  This will be a full-body experience that will stimulate all of your senses in helping you to reflect on what you would like to change in your life and your walk with God.  There will be additional lighting provided to ensure that everyone can safely navigate the labyrinth.
