Spiritual Practices Luncheon

SPIRITUAL PRACTICES LUNCHEON: “The Passion Test” is a process you can use to identify what is wanting to come forward in your life right now.  It will help you identify and be receptive to a “passion” or “interest” you have which might still be lurking around the fringes of your life.  It could be described as a more heart-centered approach to New Year’s resolutions.  This will be the topic of the next Spiritual Practices Lunch on Sunday, February 26, beginning at 12 noon in the Kelsey Building.  Anita Smith will be sharing this very useful tool.  Anita has been a teacher of health & wellness since 1967.  She is a certified Advanced Soma Practitioner, licensed Massage Therapist, a licensed teacher and workshop facilitator of the work of Louise L. Hay, and holds a certificate as a Complete Self Attunement practitioner (a meditative process).  Bring a pot of soup or a tray of sandwiches to share with those who stay and help us build our lunch together.  There is a sign-up sheet in the Kelsey Building you may use to help us know how many are planning to participate.
