Free Yoga Classes

Yoga Classes every Wednesday starting on April 24th at Christ Congregational Church (Palmetto Bay)

Chair Yoga will start at 6 pm.
This class is done primarily sitting in a chair and is ideal for people with limited mobility.

Gentle Vinyasa Yoga will start at 7 pm.
This class is great for beginners and is more “general.”

Classes will be held in Kelsey Hall at Christ Congregational Church:

You must sign up because classes fill up very quickly. Each person attending MUST complete the form.
These classes are for people ages 16 and up.

*Please note that you must fill out a release form when you attend the class for the first time. (In-Person)
