Dear Congregation,

Grace and Peace to you! This Sunday in worship our focus will be on Romans 12:1-8 in which the Apostle Paul speaks of our spiritual gifts that are used in building up the body of Christ. Our Praise Band will be present adding to the theme with Special Music selections “If We Are the Body” by Casting Crowns and “Use These Gifts” by Ken Medema.

Following worship, in our monthly Food & Faith time together, you will have the opportunity to complete your own Spiritual Gifts Inventory. We’ll then have some conversation about any insights you’ve gained from this activity, any surprises, and/ or ideas about ways your gifts or those of others might be shared in new ways. After all, we have all been given spiritual gifts to be used, not to remain in the box unwrapped!
